This is a full remodel for a fix and flip project through my partnership with P & L Renovate. Myself and business partner purchased this house in Deland, FL. The project proved to be fun and challenging as any house built in 1949 would be. The remodel consist of new kitchen arrangement, new kitchen island, kitchen cabinet paint, new flooring, new bathroom addition, full bathroom remodel, interior paint, exterior paint, full closet renovation, new closet additions, wood wall accents inside and out, tongue and groove ceiling, custom shelving, custom shutters, new deck, new exterior skirting and a miracle with an old concrete block shed.
